Our client is a listed company, the largest player in food market. There are over 50 child companies and they run on different systems which causes information gaps.

A project was launched to bring in SAP as the unified ERP system, phase I started in Y2021 and was done in Y2022. It wasn’t a pleasant journey for our client.  There were all kinds of conflicts with the system deployment service provider.

For phase II, our client wanted to improve the implementation practices and involved 3rd party project supervision. We were chosen as partner. We addressed the challenges by:

  • Trainings for client’s project team
  • Reviewing project plan and configurations
  • Identifying risks, providing remedy plans
  • Manage the Knowledge Transferring process
